•  Art. 6.1.b GDPR: application of pre-contractual measures at the request of the data subject.
• Art. 6.1.a GDPR: consent of the data subject when the candidate voluntarily submits their application.

Data retention

The data will be retained for the time necessary to manage the recruitment process and, if not selected, for a maximum of 24 months, unless the data subject requests its deletion earlier.

As a general rule, data will not be disclosed to third parties unless required by law.

However, service providers necessary for the operation of the website may have access to the data, acting as data processors, such as:

•  web hosting providers
• technology service providers
• IT maintenance providers

In these cases, such providers will process the data following the instructions of the controller and with the contractual guarantees required by the GDPR.
